Receipe of the Week, Chocolate Chip Cookies !

Here is a great receipe that uses our new Infused Vegetable Oil!

SSB Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup Southern Sky Brands infused Vegetable Oil (combined with regular vegetable oil) :see note
1 cup granulated sugar
¾ cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cup chocolate chips of choice

Preheat oven to 375F.

NOTE: Properly measure the infused vegetable oil to desired dosage. This recipe makes roughly 25 cookies. Remember, each teaspoon of Southern Sky Brands infused vegetable oil contains approximately 13.5 mg of THC. Follow this example:

Since this recipe makes 25 cookies, and if you would like to make each cookie contain 5mg of THC total, follow this simple calculation:

25 cookies x 5mg THC = 125mg THC total
125mg THC / 13.5 mg THC per teaspoon = 9.25 tsp needed
(9.5 tsp is a little under ¼ cup)
If you would like to make each cookie contain 10mg, simply double the answer.

Substitute the remaining vegetable oil needed in the recipe with regular, non-infused vegetable oil. (Any neutral tasting oil will work).

Now that the infused vegetable oil is measured and dosed properly, add the following to a large mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer:

Eggs, vegetable oil (infused and regular), granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract
Mix until ingredients are combined thoroughly

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a mixing bowl.

Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Mix in chocolate chips of your choice!

Grease or line baking sheet with parchment and scoop cookie dough onto sheet about 2 inches apart.

This recipe makes approximately 25 cookies.

Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.
